As the Founding Creative Director, and first employee at Bev, a female-led canned wine startup, the founder and I built the brand from the ground up and I played a central role in its growth, cultural relevance, and eventual acquisition by Gallo Wines (creators of High Noon) in 2023.
I led creative across every stage of the business—from branding to the design of nine SKUs, and the full range of visual communications: DTC campaigns, retail displays, experiential marketing, merch, digital ads, campaigns and storytelling, influencer kits, and even the interior of our Venice Beach HQ. I collaborated closely with marketing, sales, and ops to ensure brand consistency across every consumer touchpoint.
Bev helped pioneer the canned wine category, reached 8-figure revenue within three years, and secured national distribution in Target, Total Wine, Kroger, and more. The experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build and scale a disruptive brand from scratch—and how design can be a growth engine at every step.
